A Journey of Faith, Stewardship, and Purpose

Introduction
Building a business from the ground up is never easy—but when the Lord is truly leading, the work becomes more than ambition. It becomes stewardship. Paulas365 was not simply a business idea I wanted to try; it was a calling the Lord pressed upon my heart: to honor Him through entrepreneurship, to serve people with integrity, and to help others build with wisdom—not confusion.
The Word of God became my foundation early on:
“Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” (Proverbs 3:5–6)
In this post, I’m sharing how Paulas365 began, the obstacles I faced, what the Lord taught me along the way, and why biblical principles are not simply “included” in the business—they are the framework.

1) The Birth of a Vision
A calling rooted in Scripture
From the beginning, I knew I did not want to build something that looked successful on the outside but lacked spiritual substance. I wanted a business that would honor God in motive, method, and message. Proverbs 3:5–6 anchored me during seasons when the path was unclear and the decisions were weighty.
Defining the mission
Paulas365 exists to help people build and manage their businesses and finances with integrity and wisdom. Whether a client comes for coaching, clarity, documentation support, or funding guidance, my heart is the same: to serve without compromise—and to help people steward what God has entrusted to them.
“Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.” (1 Corinthians 4:2)
2) Laying a Strong Foundation
Starting with prayer
Before business plans, branding, or strategy, I began with prayer—because a business built without God’s guidance may grow, but it will not be grounded. I wanted the Holy Spirit to direct both the big decisions and the small details.
“Commit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established.” (Proverbs 16:3)
Learning with discernment
I also understood that to serve people well, I needed skill and structure. I invested in learning from respected business and leadership voices and applied those principles through a biblical lens—keeping what aligned with wisdom and rejecting what could lead to compromise.
Shaping the services with purpose
Over time, the Lord made it clear what Paulas365 would offer—real help for real needs:
- Biblical Business Coaching & Consulting (vision, structure, execution, accountability)
- Biblical Financial Stewardship Guidance (clarity, planning, discipline)
- Bookkeeping Support (order, consistency, clean records)
- Real Estate & Business Funding Guidance / Capital Solutions (case-by-case, integrity-first)
- Notary Public & Signing Agent Services (professional documentation support)
“Let all things be done decently and in order.” (1 Corinthians 14:40)
3) Overcoming Obstacles with Faith
Financial challenges
Like most entrepreneurs, I faced seasons where resources felt tight and the road felt long. But God continually reminded me that He is faithful—and His provision is not limited by my circumstances.
“But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:19)
Battling doubt and fear
There were times uncertainty tried to speak louder than faith. Yet the Lord’s Word strengthened me:
“Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.” (Isaiah 41:10)
Serving the right people
Not everyone will connect with a faith-based business—and that is okay. I stopped trying to build for everyone and chose to build for those who value integrity, truth, and stewardship. When I did that, the Lord brought the right people at the right time.
4) Milestones and Growth
Expanding with alignment
As needs arose, Paulas365 grew—yet my goal was never to expand beyond obedience. I added services intentionally, ensuring each one remained aligned with the same standards: clarity, honesty, and excellence.
Empowering others
One of the greatest rewards has been watching clients gain clarity, build structure, and step into what God placed in them—whether that meant launching a business, cleaning up their finances, or gaining confidence in their next move.
Legacy and family
Paulas365 is also about legacy. I believe in teaching my children stewardship, diligence, integrity, and faith—so the “why” is passed down, not just the “how.”
“A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children’s children…” (Proverbs 13:22)
5) Lessons the Lord Taught Me
God’s timing is always wise
Rushing can create regret. Waiting on God creates stability. Even when progress felt slow, His timing proved safer than my urgency.
Integrity must be non-negotiable
In business, it can be tempting to cut corners or chase quick results. But I learned that a reputation for truth is worth more than any short-term gain.
“A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches…” (Proverbs 22:1)
Success must become service
Blessing is never meant to end with us. When God provides, we are called to use it for good—supporting people, strengthening families, and helping others build.
“Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.” (James 4:17)
6) Encouragement for Aspiring Entrepreneurs
If God has placed an entrepreneurial dream in your heart, do not ignore it—submit it. Invite Him into every detail: planning, pricing, marketing, partnerships, and daily operations. Surround yourself with wise counsel, build a structure you can manage, and stay close to the Lord in prayer.
“Commit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established.” (Proverbs 16:3)
Conclusion
Paulas365 wasn’t built overnight—and it wasn’t built alone. Prayer, perseverance, and obedience shaped the journey. My desire is that this testimony encourages you to build with unwavering faith. When we honor God in business, we become vessels of His provision and His light—impacting lives with eternal value.
“And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” (Galatians 6:9)
If you’re ready to build with clarity and integrity, I would be honored to serve you through Paulas365.
Whether you need coaching, stewardship guidance, bookkeeping support, documentation help, or capital strategy, let’s take the next step together.
